Exousia Marketing Group was born April, 2004 in Europe by visionaries and founders, Ruby and Nicholas James. Nicolas & Ruby share two beautiful children and currently operates their business out of the beautiful state of Washington. Web & Graphic Design has been one of Ruby's strongest passions for years. As a military wife who proudly supports her husband and country, Ruby has acquired an extensive global perspective of diversity and innovation in web design needs from working internationally. As a result of their multiple military relocations, Exousia has become a resilient and thriving business in every business cycle and economic transition giving her an advantageous and competitive lead in the Web & Design market industry.

Ruby received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 2002 and is currently completing a Masters in Web Design & New Media at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She has been designing business cards, flyers, calendars, bookmarks and book covers for over 10 years while specializing in Website designing for over 9 years. Ruby began her Web & Graphic Design career in early 2002 as the website designer and manager for World Gospel Online Radio station, WGOR, in Ochsenfurt, Germany. Her fresh and innovative designs caused her to be an asset in the graphic and web design industry and catapulted the demand for her web design services and clientele base. From 2006 until the present, Ruby continues to serve as the chief cover designer for Hunter Heart Publishing.

Co-founder and CFO, Nicolas James, specializes in information technology as a senior operator and system administrator in global computer programming, making them both a dynamic executive team and head chairmen of Exousia Marketing Group. Exousia Marketing Group has grown into a solid staff of many professional diversities and departments. Finally, Exousia continues to expand seeking and offering many career opportunities to meet a social responsibility in rebuilding the nation while meeting their vision as a leader in web design and marketing to make every customer and client STAND OUT!
